4. Logo

I have my own logo, ready to use as-is No styling needed — we'll place it on the site as provided I'd like help styling it for the web We'll create a simple, clean text-based logo (your business name styled as a wordmark) with a small matching icon, based on the colours and style you tell us about during discovery. This is basic wordmark styling, not a full custom logo design service — no illustration work, no multiple concept rounds. Web-only — no vector file, not usable off-site (business cards, signage, etc.) — included, no extra charge

Either way, we'll need your logo as an SVG or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background — that's what actually builds cleanly into the site. A JPG or a photo of a business card works too, but won't look as sharp. If that's all you have, no problem — just let us know during discovery and we'll advise.

6. Domain

You register it, we manage the DNS Register your domain yourself with any registrar you like — you're the owner, full stop, and we never touch billing or transfer it into our name. Add us as a manager on the DNS (we'll send simple step-by-step instructions once your discovery form is submitted) so we can point it at your site correctly and keep records accurate — this is what avoids the most common cause of a broken launch: DNS set up wrong by hand.

7. Privacy policy

If your site collects any personal information — even just a contact form — you're very likely legally required to have a Privacy Policy published on it, and a lot of small businesses aren't aware of this. Zendrex Labs doesn't draft legal documents, so if you don't already have one, it's worth arranging before launch. Either way, it's included free and doesn't count toward your tier's page total.
